How to Practice Diaphragmatic Breathing

Inhale Slowly Through the Nose for 6 Seconds: Take a deep breath in through your nose, expanding your belly as you count to six.
Pause for 1 Second: Hold your breath for a brief moment to enhance oxygen absorption.
Exhale Slowly Through the Nose for 6 Seconds: Release your breath through your nose, allowing your belly to contract as you count to six.
Pause for 1 Second: Take a brief pause before starting the next breath.
Repeat: Continue this cycle throughout the session, focusing on the rhythm and depth of your breath.

Set the Scene - 0:00 - 0:15:
Find a comfortable spot where you can fully immerse yourself in the beauty of nature. Take a moment to settle in and appreciate the majestic landscape surrounding you.
Breathwork Session - 0:15 - 22:22:
Allow yourself to relax and unwind as you follow the gentle rhythm of the diaphragmatic breathwork timer. Inhale deeply, expand your belly, and exhale slowly, releasing any tension or stress. Let the stunning visuals enhance the tranquility of your breath.
Integration Phase - 22:22 - 44:44:
