a long time ago l listen to a shifting subliminal l was listening to it l kind of hear thunder and l think l felt dizzy or something but it scared the shit out of me so l stop so l think l might be scared to shift l think l might need to be really sleepy to listen to shifting subliminals so l don't get scared to shift
