What an era that sadly, Bradley never got to see. I always appreciated that Bradley obviously grew up around latinos and always weaved it in to his lyrics. I believe Sublime and The Police to be some of Ren's influences (among many others)

I used to blast this album at full volume every time I cleaned my apartment. It was on heavy rotation when it first came out.

RIP Bradley. This record is deep in my heart. I smoked my first spliff to this, and most of it is probably nostalgia, but some of it sure is musical genius. This song, 40oz to freedom and "What i got", were my favourites. I'm old now, and thus i do boomer things - like putting this "sun" CD in my discspinner.

You’re right it is an amazing sounding track. The whole album is great and one of the best albums of the 90s. The music video is kinda known for being not that great and kinda nonsensical. It was thrown together kinda last minute because the singer died a few weeks before the album came out which put an end to the whole band. The album also became really huge suddenly which was unexpected for them because they were more underground before.
