Welcome to our latest video on designing and printing on mesh shorts for clothing brands! In this video, we showcase two different printing methods that we used in collaboration with our partners at Perfec Press HTV.
First, we demonstrate how to use DTF vinyl sheets that we obtained from Perfec Press HTV. We show you how to design the graphics for the mesh shorts using a graphic design software program. Then, we take you through the process of applying the DTF vinyl to the mesh shorts using a heat press.
Next, we show you how to sublimate on the mesh shorts using supplies we received from Perfec Press HTV. We demonstrate how to print the design onto transfer paper using a special inkjet printer, and how to transfer the design onto the mesh shorts using a heat press.
Throughout the video, we provide helpful tips and tricks to ensure that your designs come out looking professional and stylish. Great video! I appreciate seeing the difference in using sublimation compared to DTF. I would like to see a video using DTF on the varsity and jean jackets. Thank you for the DTF plug. Would like to know more about adding patches and the best place to get them.

Great video. When you do your dtf press after you press the first time and peel it off you still need to press it a second time which will make the dtf go into the garment a whole lot more❤ The second press adheres the design to the garment so it doesn't come off in the wash...
Preciate the honesty. Made a mistake but didn’t get frustrated. Did the research and learned from the mistake. But even better, you came back and showed just how easy of a fix it was. Would love to see more videos of your journey to 40K, how to create designs via adobe, procreate, etc, how to create mock-ups, etc. I could go on and on but you get the point. Just trying to learn all I can.
