Por que leí en los comentarios de español e inglés, muchos no se dieron cuenta pero hay un material que esta en medio,primero es el algodón luego el material esta de color blanco y luego el material del diseño. Porque según no se puede hacer (esa sublimacion ) en algodón por las reacciones químicas o algo asi le entendí a algunos comentarios pero vean que *son tres* materiales.. Aplicados para tener el resultado de la playera el algodón solo es un comodín para darle el efecto de playera (no se si me di aentender)

Which printer is used? Cost of printer please. I know sublimation Work. But only can print A4 size paper and that affordable material like mug, keychain others.

Next step, sell shirt for $150 to offset cost of production...

Trabalhei uns dias numa fábrica de estampa e lá eles fazem o moldes da malha cortados já do tamanho das camisas( isso faz economizar mais tecido ) aí fazem o encalhe da folha de sublimação em cima na hora de sublimar. Depois que aprender e mais fácil. Vejo vídeos do povo gastando muito tecido kkk

They used a layer of SubliCotton and pressed it onto the 100& cotton fabric, then applied the inked paper. The SubliCotton is made of polyester that binds to cotton. You cannot sublimate directly to Cotton, as it will wash away.

How do you make a glossy/shinny looking shirt on polyester material? Do you have to add effect on the design in the computer or is there any type of specific paint required?

there is no issue with hand wash and machine wash

Which Brand's Sublimation Ink do you prefer? Is it advisable to use other brands with printers like Epson.

Yes , is high wahsability

Your putting a poly facing fabric with adhesive to the cotton, not actually sublimating to cotton (which is not possible). You're making a double layer garment. Poly facing/cotton against body.

Woah. I didn't know you could actually dye sublimate on a 100% cotton fabric. I thought it works only with polyester or polymer treated surfaces. Are those treated then? Won't the natural fiber hold the dyes for long without the polymers? Isso q vi cara. Trabalhei numa fábrica fazendo umas diárias na época do carnaval fazendo abadás. La o molde da camisa já era cortado antes, a folha de sublimação tinha q sair do mesmo tamanho pra não despedicar papel nem tecido. Aí na hora de sublimar era só fazer o encaminhamento correto. Depois de fazer umas 10 vc aprender. A gente fazia de 900 por dia kkk
