I used to live in Alta Vista (that single house on the left half kl from the gate entrance) in Barretto, just across road from Baloy. So I’m very much interested in going back to Subic or Zambales area to buy a property there. My I know how much is this house pls?

@@DreamsiDEALRealty Wow. That gone up so much in the last 4 yrs. I was there 2017 for 1 yr. I love the view of the Mountains & the Sea. But Mt. Pinatubo scares me to death still but at same time, I can’t stop thinking of buying a lot in there.😄 But it seem that ~ those lot prices is higher than the beach side or? Have you got any in Baloy or across of it or maybe somewhere in Barretto over looking to the Sea or beach pls? I would like it a bit above the road so it’s secured for tsunami. Thanks for the info.👍
