Make sure you look closely inside, if all the models are the same, the fan should be at the bottom of the tray. Therefore make sure the arrow is facing up. If not the fan speed and force will be low.

And the stinking dealership wants 85$ to do that while it is in for a recall 😂

Do not do repairs or replacements at the dealer unless you absolutely have to. They are worse scam artists with their pricing than basically mechanic you can find.

Subaru at the Roseville Automall in CA wanted $75 for 3 min worth of work. 🤷🏽‍♂️. Biggest scam in the auto industry. Should be a free service minus the cost of the filter.

Sorry, if you buy the filter from the dealer, it tells to install with the arrow up… when you buy it from the store or another party is say airflow points down. So pay attention to install arrow and airflow arrow . 😂

Now I'm not sure if I'm installing this correctly in terms of air flow. I have seen other videos where they installed it with arrow up.I have it pointing down because I tested the air flow (turn the ac/heater on while the filter was out) and the blower below the filter was sucking air in. So, I'm assuming the air if "flowing" down. Thoughts?
