Sub-Talk: EP07 - Create, Increase and Maintain Value

There are three main phases I have noticed where we are consistently awarded with opportunities to show, increase, and maintain our value as subcontractors.
1. Outreach Phase: The hardest
2. Active Phase: Most growth in Value
3. Downtime Phase: Most Impactful
In this video I dive into each and the differences in them with examples of what has helped us increase our perceived value in each.
At the end of the video I share the one I think is the most important out of the three and why it is.
