3:23 the tofu here has a different name call 豆干 (dried tofu) I actually love it more than the normal tofu lol 7:24 the little cake Jane took is called 蛋黃酥(egg yolk cake? not quite sure lol) Taiwanese people often have those when the mid-autumn festival is coming ( we put egg yolk, red bean paste, and even pork floss inside) the pork floss and fish floss have a wide variety of usage in our dishes, I'll put the chinese name under the comment so you can google it if you're interested~ 9:16 the veggie dumpling here is called 水煎包(shuǐ jiān bāo) and the dumpling skin is called 蔥抓餅 (scallion pancake) we put cabbage inside the veggie dumpling, and it can be both breakfast and snacks
