Even in close relationships, even in loving relationships, there exists a blurry boundary called 'stranger.' I believe that the act of allowing the other person to cross that boundary is the result of opening one's heart. At that moment, that stranger undoubtedly becomes the most perfect stranger to me. Not uncomfortable, similar to me, yet distinctly different, the most perfect stranger who blurs my boundaries.
Some say the word "stranger" feels only disappointing. They argue that A stranger is like a person seen by chance through a window. Moreover, they question what it means to be a perfect stranger. Part of that statement holds true. The term "stranger" makes one feel as if they have no relation whatsoever to oneself.
The significant difference between "stranger" and "perfect stranger" seems to be curiosity. We cannot fully comprehend the thoughts of that person over there. It's not a problem. However, we become curious about the thoughts of those we hold dear and wish to share them. Isn't that the greatest difference and value? Curiosity is undoubtedly genuine interest. When even such slight interest fades away, the perfect stranger to me gradually becomes just another stranger. Thus, to those I consider mine, they offer the answer of being the "perfect stranger.
