First of all, thank you! :) I read the comments again because I didn't check it properly while getting ready for work. Drinking alcohol and eating stimulating food can't be stopped for the rest of my life! But it's easy to replace it with a healthy meal while reducing it. I'll try to upload it harder for your healthy eating habits. Happy New Year

@@hola_vlog I can understand your frustration , it happens to me too 🤣💔 , but at least we are doing our best, and it's okay to take a break from time to time ( that's why I always search for easy healthy recipes) , the goal is to keep fighting for the best and never stop trying, that's why I am proud of you because you are trying to be better every day.. mentally and physically🥺❤️.. and remember it's okay to take a break ( taking a break from trying is a healthy thing .. so u can avoid burnout.., just never give up on your self by stopping trying ) keep aspiring for the best .. you are amazing just because you are trying and never considered given up as an option 🤍
