iKon is Poetry it’s subsidiary meaning they’re still their own company. YG probably gets a certain % of their earnings but the black label has their own rules and such. @@JakubCA1 The Black Label is a sub-label to YG and have indirect relations BUT it is a separate independent company under TEDDY. BlackPink and Somi have different CEOs, hence different rules/management.

For those who think she shouldn't have left JYP let me tell you the difference between being successful and being popular. Being successful means you are doing good, that you accomplished what you wanted to and your are happy about it. Being popular means you are a topic mostly everyone knows, it can mean acceptance or fame of most people. She might not be as popular as when she was part of I.O.I or as she could have been in ITZY but she wasn't being completely successful in JYP either. She was there waiting and waiting for the moment she could debut in something permanently and she had the opportunity by changing company. You can tell she has succed because she's debuted and most importantly she is happy.

The way how happy she is when she sees her label mates creating music to her taste shows how much she enjoys being in the company. Yes, she was in the lineup to be in ITZY as she was a JYP trainee but I'm sure she's even happier to be solo and be more creative doing her own thing! You can tell she adores her labelmates and is very comfortable with them, it's like Somi was meant to be solo bc of how unique she is , it's fate ~

This girl is super lovable. She's not only attractive but talented as well. Aside from Chungha, I love her and waited for her to become her own version without feeling trap or hindered and The songs she released were awesome. It's her style sassy but sexy. I am glad that she went to black label. I think she'll be able to make a lot of music discovery. Can't wait for ur comeback gurl!

If you watched the first episode Somi clearly said she wants her subscribers to know everything about her and she clearly doesnt care what others say or think about her since she still posted pics of her in the Lamborghini Urus after knetz hated on her. Its not about knowing everything that goes on in her real life, its abouts knowing Somi as a person.

I was about to cry when Somi was tearing up while expressing her sincere love for her company. This is a clear example of when you treat somebody with sincerity, you will also be treated the same. Everything comes to a full circle and Somi deserves all the love. This is why I love Somi. I know that no matter how much hate she will receive in her career, as long as she has one person to support her, she will give her 100% to not disappoint her supporters. I don't think she will ever make me regret being her fan and I will continue to watch her grow and mature both in her life and her career. I want to say to Somi that no matter what may happen to you in the future, I will always support you and hope the best for you. I don't hope for you to be world-famous, but I do hope you to be able to achieve the success you have in mind. 정확한 지적 입니다..원래 조금이라도 상대방한테 시기 질투심 있어 그 상대가 안되기를 바라는 마음이, 주변 몇몇의 생각과 동질감을 느낄 때 그걸 의도적으로 객관화시키므로 일종의 카타르시스 느끼는거죠..심하면 전형적인 열등감 증세로 열폭하는 것이 바로 이런겁니다..팬덤간 라이벌 경쟁상대일 때 두드러지죠.. 소미의 데뷔곡 '벌스데이' 발표할 때 좌표찍고 떼거지로 몰려와 팬인척, 깍아내리던 안티 댓글들 상당수가 그런 경우죠.. 문제는 옛 ioi 재결합 원하는 팬중에 이런부류가 더러 있다는 겁니다.
