@@made942 I don't think this is the reason. Sub Focus released Take it up with Wilkinson and for me this sounds like a copy of Tension by Fred V and Grafix. And tbh this one has some similarities with Black Church but it doesn't feel like a copy.

The track was given away for free a while back if you signed up to Sub Focus's ticket mailing list for one of his shows at the time iirc.
