蒜米炸鸡肉🍗焦香酥脆，蒜香浓郁，非常的好吃，一口一个完全停不下来💯‼️
材料：8个鸡腿、2个洋葱、1小块生姜、20瓣蒜、少许清水、1勺胡椒粉、1茶勺盐、1颗鸡蛋、2勺玉米淀粉、1颗拍扁的蒜
1）把鸡腿洗干净去锅切小块
2）洋葱、生姜、蒜&清水搅成泥倒入切好的鸡块中
3）再加入1勺胡椒粉、1茶勺盐搅拌均腌制一个晚上
4）加入1颗鸡蛋、2勺玉米淀粉抓拌均匀
5）热锅热油把鸡肉小火炸，半途时加入1颗拍扁的蒜一起炸，炸到金黄色后取出
6）再复炸一辆，大约30秒，就可以取出享用了❤️

3) Add 1 teaspoon of pepper and 1 teaspoon of salt, mix and marinate overnight
4) Add 1 egg, 2 spoons of cornstarch and mix well
5) Heat the oil in a hot pan and deep-fry the chicken on low heat. Halfway through, add 1 crushed garlic and deep-fry together. Fry until golden brown and take it out
6) Re-fry about 30 seconds, take it out and enjoy❤️
