Being an African american born in Chicago in the 60's,I have heard so many bands and so much music and who ever said music has no color bounderies is right Styx is one of my favorite rock bands,they've made some amazing music over the years and I'm glad I got to hear some of the best rock songs written in rock history by D..DeYoung and T.Shaw........Peace

I grew up in the 80’s and 90’s and after music hasn’t been music since about the mid 90’s. Late 60’s through early 80’s rock can’t be topped. Queensryche Silent Lucidity is an oddity that sounds more late 70’a than early 90’s

Oh Styx is very talented from singing to the guitar and the drums.I believe they are one of the greatest in the 70s period.

I'm 59 years old here in 2022. Been listening to STYX since I was a kid. I have a few STYX songs on my Spotify and LADY still gives me goosebumps and I drop the hammer rolling down the highway.

Styx was my first ever concert...Crystal Lake High School Field House, 1974, I was a student at North Junior High and the ticket cost $1.85. It was absolutely amazing.

This song still gives me goosebumps after 45 years.

The whole dvd is awesome!! A must for every Styx fan!!

A masterpiece! Timelessley rocking through the annals of rock history.

We can tell them how it was. They can listen to the music we had at the time. But we can never make them understand the magic of the moments we shared being there. A unique time in musical and cultural history. Glad I was born and lived through a time like this.

Notice how JY played the solo and sang background vocals at the same time and didn't miss nothing! Awesome musicianship! Styx is so underrated! The songwriting, arrangements, vocals and musicianship is on full display here!

No idea what is best… the beautiful piano…. The driving bass and guitars… the lyrics…. The incredible voice…. Can you imagine packaging something like this today?? You could make billions….. still brings a tingle to my mind 59 years and hundreds of listens later….god kids today have no idea

I appreciate it Tommy saw later in life when I was a bit older back then I was only 18 years old. Now I’m old and I appreciate his voice, his songs and everything he’s done to give back to the Community and the the kids.

As a child of the 70s, I listened to STYX. I just love his voice,(not that it matters but I am a black woman). My favorite song is BABE!

70s had the greatest music in history and its because of bands like this!

One of my all time favorites, always crank it up when I hear it, was fortunate to see them back in 1979, all original members, 2nd row center, April Wine opened up, don't get any better than that.

Here in Sydney back in 78-79 I was hearing their 2 biggies and thought they came out at the same time.I was a fast bowler at the time and I'd pretty much forgot about STYX until a prompt from youtube.....they still have it and take me back.

I have seen this band in concert many times and am amazed at the energy they still bring to the stage after so many years............................... TRUE PERFORMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had the privilege of watching Styx and gowan play in Owen Sound, Ontario, Canada. Only a hockey rink but holy shit they were awesome. Renegade was phenomenal. Played guitar from back of the arena to center stage, never will forget the electricity of the fans. Live is the best feeling ever, heart pumping,people singing in unison & out of tune, but who cares . If you ever get the chance to see any good groups touring again GO you won't be disappointed!!! 🇨🇦🇨🇦

Now this is my kind of FAMILY REUNION...and just brought chills...a great sensation that MAKES you feel warm and fuzzy...

My favorite song as a senior in high school. When they played this song during the first Paradise theater tour in 1981, we saw them at the Los Angeles Forum. When this song was over, they received a 10 minute standing ovation! Take that, JY and Tommy!

I saw these guys for the first time back in the early 70's. It was a concert at Wheeling High School for $1 and your high school ID. Can you imagine? I had no idea I was witnessing GREATNESS.

The first time I heard this Band, their sound, their gentle words of Love, I was sold! STYX 🌹💗🙅🙌✌💝❤😎

Styx is actually underrated as a band; other groups from the 70’s often steal the glory.

So many good memories of when this song first came out and when I lived in the Fla keys in the 70's. A lot of us didn't know it then, but it was absolute paradise then. Good times, happy times, simple times :)

From their 1996 World Tour, RETURN TO PARADISE... Of their last show in the tour, back in their hometown of Chicago... I'll never forget this concert. I was a contractor at the time...before and after a "job," I would love to relax to my favourite music.

This song 🎵 is a beautiful musical masterpiece 🎉🎉. Styx is an amazing group that is criminally underrated. Their albums are criminally underrated. There music 🎶 🎵 is freaking phenomenal. I'm so blessed that I grew up listening 🎶 to them 🙏 🙌 💓 ❤️ 💕 💖

They put on Outstanding shows when I saw them in 1979 and 1981. Great sound quality, great light show and outstanding performance.

The first album I bought was Styx Equinox. Played it non-stop for two days. One of my favorite bands.

I saw them in 1973 in Grand Forks N.D. they were the opening act for a Three Dog Night concert my husband and I went to. We hadn't heard of them yet, but they were so great we didn't care if Three Dog Night came on or not. We said that they were going to make it big, and they did.

This song I listen to every day, sometimes more than that if i am having a rough day. To my wife Angie, from the first time I saw you walking Belker 35 years ago and went out to talk to you which led to endless walks around Braden woods. Now that I am older and wiser I realize that dissatisfaction from our parents at previous homes brought us together and that was what was meant to be. They put us in the same place at the same time and I guess it's a good thing that I got over my shyness and approached you. What a life we have made together. We've seen other couples come and go, have lived all over the country (some good, some not so good). I remember being so scared when Rysn was born (I was 22 and you 21), but when I saw you and him for the first time I realized that was where I was destined to be. After 2 more boys and so many years later, I hear this song and the lyrics and know that the words are true. When I'm with you I'm smiling. Your hands build me up when I'm sinking. When you touch me there is not a care in the world no matter what's going on around us.
