    Yes, to my experience they were friendly, it depends a lot on the experience though , hope you have a good time

    @@Ismail-xi7ud Go ahead, criticize. I lived in Stuttgart for 14 years and I had no problem whatsoever with the video. Its good to have an opinion, but still, it wasn't that bad. I don't even know the official name of the Library. We just call it Book prison because it looks like one. She managed to explain many things in my eyes but that's just my opinion.
