All you have to do is count the seconds after the car passes a point on the road and how long before the motorcycle passes the same point. I counted 1.2 seconds. That is extremely close, therefore, tailgating.

I have stop counting how many times a Hummer/GMC/Ram truck have force and take my priority, on foot, bicycle and car. My yaris don't stand a chance and they always force to the let them pass.
