    That was really useful. In the first example (with the rotating rectangles), subsequent slides have to have the rotation alternated - so odd slides from #3 onwards, the odd rectangles are flipped horizontally and even are flipped vertically. And I found it easier to keep the outline until I'd finished. Thanks for the video!

    This is beautiful. I was able to do the vertical/horizontal as explained in the video but would like to also know how to do the other transition where the girl is playing football.

    This is great but what if your pictures aren’t going to work for the 16:9 and need to leave them their size with white background? It enlarged my picture and cuts part of it off. Great class th’ough! Thanks for sharing your expertise.

    Hi Alan, You can change pictures by going to Picture Format - change picture option. This would keep any original animations and effects in place.

    hmmm, cannot get this to work. the image stays on top of the boxes , not behind, and each box has a number in it. If i remove the numbers then the transition doesnt work ...?

    The size 7.5 x 1.9 is too small compared to the slide ratio, for me the panel was like 1/4 size of the slide on standard size slide

    Sir, you explain so well. But the only reason I don't go overboard with transitions is that they make the presentation look cheap. Only morph points the opposite way.

    1:15 what would 1,9 degrees be in centimeters? because my powerpoint is using cm instead of degrees

    Hi Kevin, The size of the new widescreen presentation in PowerPoint,is 13.333 inch by 7.5 inch. We divided the 13.33 into 7 equal parts (i.e. 1.9 inches). 1.9 Inches would be 4.8 Cms

    Hi Alan You would just need to replace the background image in each slide. So what you have is like a template :)

    Would love to use this beautiful transition, however it's impossible to do for me. On Powerpoint Microsoft 365, I don't have the clipboard option shown, and don't have Texture or Picture Fill, so I'm get stuck at that spot. Also, when I switch to desktop Powerpoint, I don't have morph transition. I tried contacting Microsoft to see what they suggested; they told me just go back and forth between both Powerpoint, save one slide, close it, work on the other Powerpoint!! Just spent about 2 days trying to work out that craziness and just not possible. Please make a note in your videos that not everyone can do these effects. Bummed.
