I know the builders are trying to get the most out of the land they’re buying, but they always give you your acreage in length some people desire width. I have about six years left in New York and I don’t want any neighbors too close to me there’s always a problem right side or left. You always do a nice job presenting these homes and the same goes for this house.🏠👍🏾
Love that the primary suite is on the main as well as a jr suite and powder room!
I can't even trip. This house is super nice. I love the lot size. The layout is very nice. I am just not into two stories. Ready to buy, but these asking prices are insane.
This house is lovely, if only I was ready to sell and buy, this one would surely be on the list!!! TFS!!!

I like NO HOA which means I can renovate the home with no problems....add about another 1K sq ft and also upgrade the materials and fit and finish... then1M spent on the back yard....NICE
I want a home like this!
Would have been nice if on a basement but this does have all the needs for for any family
Only issue I have is how the secondary rooms upstairs are almost, if not, larger than the owners room… Other than that, I love everything else!!!!!!

The finishing choices seem out of place, with the fireplace surround, kitchen backsplash, and the light fixtures? It is like country farmhouse with the board & batten siding meets ultra modern. Not the choices I would have made but I’m sure it will appeal to someone.
OK. I have to say this is one of my favorite homes I've seen you list on your channel. Still not thrilled with the tiny main gathering room on the lower level BUT finally a bonus room that has WINDOWS...plenty of light. What a difference that makes. Loved all the doors in this home. Very nice. Kitchen was nice but those THREE God awful hanging lamps over the island were TOO much. If you had to go with that style then just use one. God they were ugly. Also was not thrilled with the black & white tile on the fireplace. It clashes with the wood tone beams above. If you had to I guess you could paint the beams black. At least they' match the black and white theme you have going in the kitchen. I thought the chandelier over the kitchen table area was ok though. Oh, and the garage walls done in that paneling. Now that is something I haven't seen done in a house and I do have to say, pretty classy! All in all, I gotta say again, one of the best layouts and finishes I've seen of any house you've posted. NICE!

Long drive ways are a huge plus. Especially if you have company coming over for a family event. No one wants a small driving lot where only 2 cars can fit, lol
