I like the intro, I like the property, I like the look of the buildings, the gaurd donkeys, and the potential for a garden. However, that pool not so much I would put in a in ground one. That price makes the property a real steal.

Back when the owners bought they were told they could not get planning permission for an in-ground pool. By the time this changed they found that the above ground pool was largely sufficient for their guests and their five star reviews seems to confirm this. For a buyer that would prefer an in ground pool this also means that they can spec it exactly the way they want, obtain planning permission before the sale and have a new pool that is under warranty.
