First time that a yacht is appreciating rather than depreciating in value... my guess is that Toby stated the price net of taxes while this is post 20% inflation (that's about the real inflation rate for energy-intense businesses like those working with carbon fibre) and gross (so add 19% VAT)... 6 Million Euros + 1.2 Million Euros Inflation + 1.3m Euros VAT = 8.5 Million Euros
The tender garage is the deal breaker for me; if it was moved five feet back, away from the wheel consoles, then it might work?!
