Hey! I have worked with both and girl, I can honestly say the Cricut design software is so much easier to use. You don't have to buy the Cricut access and you can download fonts to use within either studio from online. The Cricut is also very quick and quiet compared to some other machines. Singer also just came out with their own version. What I do for my shop is upload the designs into Cricut and then have the machine do its job. I have made so many different types of things from graduation cards to t-shirts and everything in between.

Only think I didn’t like is you can’t transfer things like none circuit stuff to their software easy

I love your chatty long videos, they’re great company for me. I never go on vacation, (last time was when my daughter was 5 - I remember because everywhere we went she said “I’m really five but I’m four today so my mam doesn’t have to pay for me!” - she’s 28 now!). I do volunteer for the scouts so I go away with them on camps but it can be very hard work, they keep me feeling young and energetic :-) (Camp this last weekend with 1,200 scouts and maybe a third more leaders, and no running water on site between 2pm and 11pm because of a major burst water main - we were flushing the toilets with river water!!! - definitely an experience! - I was furious with the water company as last time it happened - in a different county - they showed up with a bowser and truck of bottled water in an hour). Edit because I forgot to mention I live in a very humble abode in England and I would be ashamed to ask anyone to stay until I get carpet or laminate floors.

Love your videos love hearing you chit chat when I go run errands I always play your videos makes my day and running errands go by fast thank you ❤

I need to get both of those 100 envelope challenges! I am starting my budgeting journey in June babes wish me luck! 38 and I got 4 kids under my roof and I only make 17 a hour in Seattle WA. I've worked at my job for 10 years but I see a lot of turn over because people can't make it off the pay. The JOB HOP is real. I watched another youtuber talk about it too

I got an acer flip laptop and a kindle scribe more recently both of which I can draw on and I’m so happy with both. My laptop is about 3 years old but it’s still amazing. I recommend possibly trying for a small drawing tablet if you have a decent laptop already and you can learn that way. I’d be happy to help you figure out something to try if you want ❤❤ circuit design space has gotten better too, I’m debating getting rid of my circuit if my mom doesn’t end up wanting to figure it out too.

Around here, another safe place to meet is the library. The slightly larger branches have conference rooms with electrical outlets you can reserve or schedule.

Im 5 too then. I have all sorts of sloth stuffies. Although, my cats seem to think they are theirs. They all have names. Mostly having to to do with their speed. Sloths are my spirit animal.

I will 110 % stand behind Cricut. I had a silhouette and did not like it. But, I have had a Cricut since the beginning when they used to use cartridges! I have a trip planned in June to go to Disneyland. But nothing else planned for the summer. I also want to add that most of the tumblers that people are making use sublimation. The glitter resin ones are neat, but you have to be careful. That stuff is really bad for you.

At one point I wanted to take the kids to Disney. But as the cost increased and the kids got older, I finally realized there were other places I'd rather go with the money/take them. And Disney just sounds like a lot of waiting these days, which my kids do not do well with.

I have never used a Cricut but I do have the Silhouette and I LOVE IT!!! I didn't want that extra expense of a subscription either. I've watched many videos and to me the program of the Silhouette seems easier to navigate. It's probably like the difference between Samsung and iPhone.

I had a Cricut YEARS ago but lost interest with that company because they stop supporting their machines because they want you to always upgrade. I love my silhouette Cameo 4 but a portrait would have been great too. They are lots of videos on KZread to help you learn.

I have a silhouette and I don’t like it. I got it many, many years ago. I had asked for a cuttlebug because I was looking for a dry embossing tool for my card making. My ex saw the silhouette and got it bc he thought I’d like to design my own die cuts, only I wasn’t interested in a die cutting machine. Anyways, I didn’t like it bc it wasn’t the tool I was looking for.

I watch all budgeting videos at 2x so your videos arent long at all...its hilarious when I forget to put it on 2x. People sound so different. All budgeters sound like they have ADHD when i have 2x on.

my son (who does have ADHD) prefers to listen to videos on 2X! It drives me nuts so I ask him to use headphones.

@sarahschreffler5407 lol I wonder if it's an ADHD thing. The only thing I don't listen at 2x speed is music. I was diagnosed with adult ADHD years ago.

I have 2 crickets and have no clue how to use it at all I have a cricut explorer 3 still brand new in the box never taken out and a cricket joy purchased the small one to play around with still have no clue how to use it but I’m still trying once I get it with the joy then I’ll pull my explorer 3 out I’ll get it one day I’m not that good on technology that’s why I find it hard to use.

Yeah, I cant afford to go vacay this summer, maybe next year. Me and my toddler went on February in spa/indoor waterpark for 5 days. It was kind of my country way to help low income families. So that was so lovely. It only cost me 120€= 129.66$. It was my first time in a spa/indoor waterpark. It was fun❤
