If you have time:-I drain off my cheese in a seive for a couple of hours; i wait to stuff my cooled shells resting them on a fine woven dish towel so they do not stick (covering lightly so they do not get stiff). i do the stuffing do by hand with a narrow salad fork or teaspoon

I followed your recipe ..my husband loved them. Bomb.. The only thing I did different was add garlic to my sauce and sauteed shrimp in garlic and olive oil and mixed it in the cheese mix .. BOMB!

That actually looks on fleek. I love how you care about presentation as well as the recipe shows you have a true love of cooking.

Let me say this, These are the BEST darn (trying not to curse) lol stuffed shells I've ever had! the only thing I did differently was I browned some beef, mixed it with some marinara sauce then I stuffed that first and topped it with the stuffing you showed us....listen here....my little brother is a picky eater and ate a whole row of shells to himself, and my man don't care for ricotta cheese and KILLED IT! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

God Bless you ! You accomplished the mission of taking the mystery out of these recipes. Additionally,the tips such as placing the filling in a plastic bag to make it easier to handle and dispense. Continue with the excellent work. I would have never tried this after once watching someone attempt to fill the shells with two spoons. The entire dish from assembly to finish looked like “The St. Valentine’s Day Massacre”. Thank you a will now try this dish. Your plating was beautiful. Again , God Bless.
