Recipe for: Stuffed pancakes baked in the oven
NECESSARY PRODUCTS:
pancakes - 22 pcs.

ham - 300 g (cut into small cubes)
yellow cheese - 300 g (grated)
pickled cucumbers - 300 g (cut into small cubes)
cream cheese - 250 g.
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
Make one serving of pancakes, or if you have leftovers, use them. Cut the pickled cucumbers and ham into small cubes. Grate the cheese.
In a bowl, mix: cucumbers, ham and half the cheese. Add the cream cheese and mix well to mix all the ingredients.
Fill the pancakes with the prepared filling. Wrap like a packet and press lightly on top. Arrange the pancakes in a baking tray. Sprinkle with the remaining grated yellow cheese on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees, without a fan, in the middle, for about 15-20 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
