Sir u have got Saturn and mars in 10th from moon. So in moon chart Saturn will be ruling your 12 th house of foreign and spirituality. It's lord is placed in 10 th , so u r meant to be in a foreign place and doing work related to spirituality. Also mars rules your 3rd house, u r a palmist too. Simply means whatever is your current dasha, make that planet placement as your ascendant, eg if running saturn dasha, saturn placed in 7th house ( from lagna), now make 7th hse as ascendant to assess events.
