This video reminded me when I started studying medicine, I want to be a doctor because since I was a child I wanted to be a doctor, I have always dreamed of being a doctor, it is the only career I like and also so I can help other people to improve their health. ‘Being the first doctor in your family’ seems like a bit of a egotistical goal

I decided to study medicine because I think it is a way to help society, it is something I have loved since I was a child and I played at being one. I would like to be a researcher and work looking for new medicine or improving the one that already exists and I think that would be the way to reach more people

Studying medicine is one of the jobs with more responsibility, because in your hands the lives of other people are in your hands, however when you do it for the love of patients, your colleagues and the other people around you, it becomes the environment more happy that one can imagine. The video gives me a lot of inspiration to continue with this dream to end up being a great doctor.

I wanted to be a Doctor since I was 6 years old, everything started because my parents took me to the hospital, awakened as the desire to be like them, see how they helped people and how people thanked them, it caused me a lot of satisfaction. I always liked to help people, I think that my way of being fits into the profile to be a great doctor. Always admired as the doctors give hope and peace, see the happy patients, that process so beautiful that in the end it gives a joy. I certainly hope for some feeling that is so special. I think all the effort and effort we make to be the best doctors is worth it every second, because the reward of seeing our patients go ahead is a sense of happiness.

For me, being a medical student has been a new path in my life and for the way I see things, I think something I agree with the video is that being a doctor is not only knowledge but values ​​humanity, empathy and a lot of commitment. Since I started to watch it, make me remember I decided to study medicine I could know that I wanted to study medicine when I was 13 years old, I could see my cousin studying while I was playing and get fun. I didn´t know how she made a lot of work all day, so I decided to see her books only to watch the things she spent her time with. I took Moore´s Anatomy book since I read and tried to understand some things I fall in love with anatomy and I started to read and search more and more and more.

I am a medical student and these types of videos give students motivation! 😃

Since I was 9 years old I knew that some day I would become a scientist or something related with biology, but through the years, I started to investigate by myself about the human body and some disaeases, and there is where I knew that some day I will became a doctor. I become paramedic and that made me felt more in love with the medicine and health.

I am just.... What the Dr. Said is very much relatable to me. Even I love science ever since that subject was introduced in my school. I feel science is like true Love ❤ because at times I felt it bit tuff but I tackled it and realised how fascinating it is. I like to interact with people and ask them questions and know their story and background. I also like to help solve other's problem. So, even I feel that these three things mean just one thing - Medicine.

I want to be a doctor too and I thought I'll be but maybe it's time to give up on these dreams as my family financial situation won't support it. It's hard giving up on the dream of what you always wanted to be.

whoever decides to study medicine is because they really want to make a change in people´s lives and commit to the live and health patients, you really have to like the profession!!

I'm a 15 years old student and I've been wanting to become a doctor ever since i was still a kid around 5-6y/o.. I love science very much.. In my country, when you reached 15, at the end of the year we had an exam that will determine what class stream we going to be in.. i got an A in science but i failed my math.. so i can't enter science stream class (a class that learn Bio, physics, chemistry)... In order to enter science stream you at least need to get B in both science and math and if u got C you be in that class if you really wanted to, you can't Get any of these two subject fail or lower than C. And, i failed my math because i am really sick at the time we answered the test..and no matter how bad i wanna enter the science stream class and become a doctor, i guess i need to give up on my dreams now...

What a coincidence!! I've been in that situation before! Trust me, your grades don't define who you are and what you're capable of. I had almost given up to study to become a doctor before my 10th grade, but after 2 years finally I realized that's just the way it is! I'd never thought I'd choose experimental sciences for my college😂 If you can't get what you want right now it doesn't mean that you can't achieve it in the future. Slip on it, it's totally worth it. Please don't give up on your dream🍀you can make it
