Guys we just have under 2 months till 21st May when our teachers submit our final grades. We came here in year 7 stayed till year 11. 60 months in total, 58 of them are gone, 2 more left. If we can work for 58 months, 2 more is a walk in the park. Good Luck :')

@@minukiadhihetty2109 atleast for me, when I was home learning our teachers would put a task on for each lesson or more plus sometimes homework, so that's 25 tasks a week or more, 50 in 2 weeks and then it kinda slowly spiralled to more and more lol

Found out your channel last week, and realised how great it is! Keep up the good work and good luck in the GCSE’s!

Your work ethic is incredibly admirable! It’s been really difficult to work out what is going on at our school but basically we’re doing loads of exams for the rest of the year and then in May what’s called “Post Progress Assessments” which will take most of the weight for our grades. At our school we’ve had revision sessions all through the past half terms so we really have a lot of time taken up already. I know it’s COVID but you only get this freedom of childhood once so don’t waste it, I admire how hard you work but there needs to be some break as well. Good luck with your exams, you deserve todo well!

These videos give me so much inspiration. I’ve not been a good student. My grades have been at bottom level. I’m now going to sort myself out and do everything I can to help myself get better. Luckily I have quite a bit of time as I’m only in Y7.

I found your channel yesterday and you make really interesting and motivating videos. Keep going💪

Lots of respect to you for your work ethic and using this platform to motivate and help others - it's very admirable. Just a note to anyone who might be freaking out at seeing things like 8 hours a day - revision is so individual and what works for some people might not be what's right or healthy for you. I got straight 9s at GCSE doing 6-7 hours a day over Easter and around 3 hours at night in school hours, and that was enough to have a significantly bad impact on my mental health because I felt so burned out. At a-level, I'm predicted 3 A*s and have been averaging about 5 hours a day over Easter, having some days off and most importantly taking breaks at least every hour. Even if you can only manage a couple of hours here and there, that's still something to be proud of, as even attempting GCSEs and a-levels in the backdrop of the pandemic and heavily disrupted teaching is an achievement. Take care everyone and remember you're worth much more than your grades or how many hours of work you can do x

nice one bro🙌 Personally I don’t use to do lists and rather use weekly planners as for to do lists you can get overwhelmed quite simply but whatever works for you is best Also you can use a point based system made on google sheets so e.g Anki flashcards for an hour is 10 points and watching a 40 minute tv show is 50 points and you can do stuff like past papers worth 40 points and topic tests 15 points etc... This personally helps me prevents me from procrastinating and I think it’s a good thing to have. Anyway class video!

Yo Udoka glad to see you back man... You gonna do a mock grade and assessment grade comparison soon? (Since you have changed ur revision routine)

We have assessments as soon as Easter holidays finish but they're spread over 6 weeks. We have 3 papers per subject of max 45 minutes and we get to take in 1 side of a4 sheet of notes for each exam which is good! Also we have 2 weeks in between each exam for every subject if that makes sense? They've given us a super specific topic list as well so we don't waste time revising things we don't need

This was perfect timing, Ive got so many tests on 15th this really motivates me.

I mean we basically had nearly every subject's assessments every week. I don't understand how people haven't had any assessments yet since returning. I mean usually we have around 6-7 assessments per week (once every fortnight per science/ R+L), but for maths/ computing/ history/ english/ french its nearly once a week (if not once a week)

Choose whichever time is good for you, in your schedule, if you can do 30 minutes to 1 hour of revision before school and wake up earlier, go to bed earlier as well, just to make sure you don't overwork yourself!
