💌 hello friends,
today is a hot day over here in this corner of the world. lisbon has reached the 30ºC season! meanwhile, this baby is close to graduation, and since i have almost no deadlines to deal with, i was lucky to finally have an upload for you!! happiest to be here and spend some productive time together. my days are looking clearer and filled with more serendipity to do with them as i please! today i went grocery shopping in the morning, and i will spend the rest of the day studying for my board exam. what will u be doing today? 🖐🏻 i love you lots, and will stay rooting for you. hoping you're healthy and taking care.
will also be working on more videos for yall!! my brain is missing a consistent schedule so much!! i hope this is useful ヾ(＠⌒ー⌒＠)ノ ⭐⭐~~ fighting!

✧･ﾟ study guide: ✧･ﾟ
there are three study sessions, 50 mins each, with two 10 min breaks included.
focus as best as you can during your study session because we'll be resting in just a bit. it will get easier the more you do it, as your brain can be trained to focus for longer periods of time as you study consistently, so don't give up! you can do this :-)
additionally, because this is a no-music SWM, if you feel like it, you can always add your own playlists in the background or lofi streams, for example.
✧･ﾟ at the beginning of the study sessions, make sure to:
- turn off anything you're not going to be using to study
- have your materials ready to go
- have drinks/food ready so you don't have to get up to go get necessities
- have a clear idea of what you want to accomplish during the session (i.e., choose a task from your to-do list)
✧･ﾟ during the breaks:
- stop working as soon as the timer hits, even if you're mid-sentence
- make sure to get up, do some simple stretches
- refill anything that needs to get refilled
- talk to friends/update family
✧･ﾟ at the end of this video:

67% of my homework finished!!! There is so much I have to do and I'm so proud of myself because I finished all these really hard assignments and only have the easier ones left! I should be done within the next hour now- but rn we're taking a break and eating lunch :) I'm so freaking proud of myself!!

It just snowed out today, and the other day for the first time this season, decided it was perfect to grab some tea, zip up in a onesie and FINALLY figure out how German Sentences structure works, since I haven't been following well in class. TLDR: Its not that hard but, Im able to understand when to use what now lol. TY for this! Will be using this to help me get into that study grind this quarter. I've been trying to get into both working out and studying but sometimes Its just hard to do the basics even. While my room is still messy at least i'm working on fixing that F in german. Thanks again for this.
