Yessss to all of this! I'm not sure if you've heard of Superhuman meditations, but my friend recently showed me the app and it has been a game changer in boosting my productivity! The content is incredible for activating drive and productivity and they have tons of content specifically for focusing and getting into the zone. It's seriously enhanced the way I approach all of my to-dos and I simply can't help but share haha :)) feel like you'd love it! Cw for next vid x
