Hello! i'm glad i could be of help! i promise you no one talks about the atar one month later... it's an unspoken thing that makes you feel like you stressed out for no reason! as long as you work towards getting into the course you want (which depending on the course, sometimes the atar is not as high as you think + you might be eligible for SEAS (if you're in vic)), then it's all you need. focus on you! don't compare and try to make the most of it! I know you have got this!

ahhh that's so soon! for me, i think i tried to think: "alright, what do i need to do today?" rather than looking at the long-term situation because it would make me stressed. i'd always try to do 3 things that were important to finish (ie. chemistry report, english essay and biology homework). and it would make me feel much better after finishing these things little by little. BUT i do know another way is to plan 2-3 weeks ahead of your exams (this doesn't really work for me but i know it works for others). Plan out which practice exams you will do on certain days. this way, it will keep you accountable for the next few weeks and you can rest assured you'll have enough time to study everything you needed to study. you would need to follow this schedule you assigned for yourself though! Hope this helped!

Omg u did really well and goodluck for college! I'll be also graduating in a few months but I kinda feel so insecure about my grades and the things I learned coz since covid started (few months before 10th grade) up until now I'm still homeschooled which made me regret choosing my current school. I'm really frustrated thinking that I'll go to college without enough knowledge and I'm not yet ready. I'm still figuring out what major I'll get and most uni already started their admission😭

I have my pre council exam in 4 days ,one subject one day and will be done in 5 days and I’m stressed out because I feel like I’m not catching up anything after winter vacation.. I’ve topped the exams and I honestly feel like I won’t keep up w my position but ugh im SO DRAINED

hello laila! hmm even i find it hard to resist reaching for my phone! but what i like to do is film myself doing time-lapses because you're forced to use your phone to film and then you can look back on how hard you worked for! but i notice that the reason i reach for my phone is because the content doesn't interest me or i'm struggling to understand - so then i reach out for help (from teachers) or try make the studying more 'fun'! in terms of memorising, similar to what prisha above has said, it's important to understand what you're studying. Once you make sense of it, you'll naturally remember it OR use flashcards for non-conceptual things you have to memorise!!!

yes i'm very lucky because of my subjects this year (other aussie students are like you because of their subjects that are all scheduled in a week)! at the same time, i'd love to get mine done and over with that fast... (doing exams for more than a month prolongs your stress and continously have to study). pros and cons with both!

i didnt use any app or website so unfortunately i dont have recommendations... but as for books, i recommend 'bescherelle' for verb conjugations (to memorise)! and continue to expose yourself to french (i watched a few movies and the news in french). listen to podcasts! (i listened to random ones i could find!)

in 2021, i took two subjects, and then 2022 i took 5 subjects. alltogether, i took 7 subjects. however in the victorian grading system, only 6 subject grade count in your overall grade (ATAR). hope that helps!
