This Scholarship is an Aid Scholarship that is designed for people from developing countries . The students come for various courses. The idea is they return to their home countries to implement what the have learnt. This is not a way to graduate and stay in New Zealand. Some courses are short term and there are some that are not available for certain nationalities.

Your WAEC is enough for your English proficiency provided you had a C6 grade and above. I hope this helps. Goodluck.

Please may l know if it's a fully funded scholarship covering travel to the destination, recently I got an offer to study in the UK at LJMU but the scholarship is not fully funded, hence I have to decline it. I will also appreciate if you can help me with any suggestions. Thank you ma'am.

This doesn’t cover travel expenses, but tuition fees. You can read more on the uni’s website. Goodluck with everything.

This depends on the country you come from, then there is NO IELTS . It is still there on their website. I hope this helps.
