Studying abroad was a tremendous opportunity for personal growth, according to Talia, a Purdue Polytechnic student majoring in supply chain and sales engineering technology. She went on a four-week trip to Lyon, France, as well as a full semester program in Barcelona, Spain. Going abroad to study is like being a first-year college student all over again, Talia said, so it's okay to be nervous. But be flexible, explore your city thoroughly, and try every possible new experience, she said. That's how you'll truly make the experience worthwhile.
