Everyone has packaged just like Tina and Cindy, the way they orient the scrunches before putting them in the bags, etc and I didn’t realize how much I found comfort in that process and even expected that until watching Madison’s style of packaging. Also she isn’t double checking the orders and for a few minutes it was disconcerting. Lol. It is amazing what we get used to and when things change it can throw one off. Hope you enjoy your time at XXL Madison!

Usually hair claws will get a box but there’s lots of other reasons as well!

I really enjoy all of your videos! You should have a packing class so the new beautiful people who pack your awesome products will pack the same way and each customer will receive their products as if you or Cindy had pack them. Your Dad works so hard stapling the tags so straight. It is kinda disappointing to see products being just being put in the bag randomly and packed so tight. The way you and Cindy fluff and straighten the scrunch before packing. I have seen many of YT "unboxing of your products and every single person said they were going to keep the paper label. This is how I found out that about your motto that is printed on the other side of this label.

You should have a packing training for all our new employees! The way you and Tina take the time to make sure all the scrunchies are fluffed and laying flat make so much difference when the buyer receives their package. Also, some of your employees are wasting large boxes on items that can go in smaller boxes or packages. Amazon has this problem -- small item in a large box. How your items are packaged is why people don't mind paying the higher price for a scrunchie. I'm watching your employee shove the scrunchies in a bag and it's a little hard to watch after watching you and Cindy pack.

If it were me I would have just the brown bag and the box and have a box thats half that size , have 3 sizes in boxes, get rid of the white bags

I like that we are seeing more of your employees but I feel like she is only doing part of what the other packers do. Like I feel like the packing quality is being skimmed on. Normally I wouldn't say anything but I have been watching your channel for a while now and I have seen the quality you usually keep. This isn't your usual. She may need more training. I hope this is useful criticism for you.
