I have a living room flowing into an awkward open kitchen space, but the dining area is on the other side. Hi Gerold, I LOVE your concrete finishes (wall and DIY’s). I’m considering doing this to some small items. Can I ask your opinion on the concrete wall versus “sponging”? I’m sure the concrete gives a beautiful texture but overall the LOOK of the concrete and sponging are similar to me. Either way, I ALWAYS love your end results. ❤

It's actually unnoticeable from the bed area since we have the partition. Would have been actually nice to convert it as work area but I'm only asked to do minor renovation. Altering this area would fall under major renovation. the owner also wanted to keep it as he intend to rent out the space separate to the other unit later on... 😊
