I think Amelia did a great job in this interview. She allowed the guest to pause and think. She gave enough time and did not interrupt the thinking process. Basically she added her opinion or feedback when necessary. We have seen host(s) who will interrupt and want quick response. But that can also maybe due to time-constraint which seems to be non-existent in this channel. haha
