Well there are plenty, just you need the right time and luck, regarding language German is not that much important for designers but if you know it's a big plus and will help for everyday life

Bro currently iam final year in aeronautical, currently I have 7.5 cgpa I like to work for 1to 2 yrs here, and after that i like to come for masters in Germany. Is that good idea? Can I get admission in public free universities?
