Trump’s memorabilia is copyrighted. A yearbook is a reproduction of that material. However, did they remove all copyrighted material from photos.?

My democratic activist liberal government teacher admitted to being a socialist. I think I called him a communist before to his face, but it was back in my Freshman year (currently a Sophomore)

Yes and then the school would lose money for violating the 1st amendment right. Not only do you support the ideology of supporting ideas unless it is not your own, you would make a horrible leader because you just cost your school unnecessary expenses.
