People are soo evil. I paid my student loans off. I hope others can get the assistance they need. You gotta be a sick person to sit back and don’t want to see others get help when they are struggling. Be mindful of the message this is sending to our youth. In the future when we have less doctors, lawyers and educators but more TikTok stars, athletes and musicians. We will all wonder why people stop going to college in the first place.

My whole life is paid of from dropping out and working labor jobs for the last 18 years. I dont have bills and all my money goes to me now. No college. Whos the smart one now?
I was a less fortunate youth who could not afford to go to college but I now have multiple degrees all paid for by me raising my right hand and serving this nation honorably and utilizing my earned and paid into GI Bill. Pay your fair share!

Exactly. And guess what? These idiots thinking the Government is going to erase their student loan debt are in for a huge disappointment! Not happening! It’s unconstitutional. Have a nice day.
If you’re 18. Go into a trade school. Stay away from college. If you feel like you need to learn something there is literally nothing you can learn in college that you can’t learn for free on KZread. It’s all about status anymore and there’s no status in being a lifelong slave to debt
Not gonna happen.

The moral cost of forgiving the debt of a particular group at the expense of all other groups is very high. It will send the wrong signal to the colleges, to High School students and especially to those who chose to pay as they went, paid off their loans, or entered work from High School. Why should they pay these debts too?

Trump gave our taxes to profitable businesses, scammers, and more at the blink of an eye. In days PPP loans were sent out to anyone with a pulse, then ERTC, then SBA loans (which were forgiven), and so on.
You would want your employer to pay you right? What’s the difference with this.? Why do you think that somebody else should pay for your debt?
For all those who BORROW money for THEIR college education, PAY BACK this student loan debt that YOU are responsible for. STOP MAKING OTHERS PAY OFF YOUR DEBT.

It harms so many people, but the entitled want to pretend it doesn’t. I didn’t sacrifice to pay off doctor’s loans who will make more than I do, I sacrificed for my own family and future.
This is all you need to now. There is no Such thing as "canceled debt". So stop saying it. CLOWNS! PAY TOUR BILLS LIKE EVERYONE BEFORE YOU.
It's your loan! Pay it back yourself!
Pay them shits on your own You took out the debt How about I get 10k for my car or my house
If you can’t afford your student loans you shouldn’t afford a home, a car or anything you need credit for. You make bad financial decisions not me

Why is it okay to lock down a nation cost everyone 1000s of dollars and then request them pay their debts. I was responsible and i had plenty of money and a good job with a great pay back plan. Covid took all of that from me. Actually the democrat lock downs took that from me. Im vetter off ending it then trying to climb out from this.
Isn’t it a better plan to just pay back the balance?
Glad I’m about to have mine paid off. You take it out, you pay it back. Don’t wait for big daddy government to save you.
People pay your loans😂😂😂😂 I had to pay mine many years ago.
It won't harm anyone. Since the pandemic started and student loan interest has been 0 with no requirement to pay...the last 3 years, 90% of student loans received absolutely zero payments. So....if 90% of the debts received zero payments for the last 3 years and nothing happened.... why are they claiming that it's harming someone? It hasn't so far, and it's been 3 years.

I'm still paying my down....to $9,999.99. 5K to go. :)
Just transfer money out of middle class retirement accounts and pay off these loans.
Education shouldn't be so expensive. Period. One year of medical school in the cornfields where I taught myself everything should not have to screw my life for the next 30yrs. (Had to leave due to ironically a medical diagnosis)
Last time I checked.. my signature is not on the loan that you took out for YOUR education.. you sound smart enough to know that you took out the loan but not smart enough to pay it back.. twisted reality these people live in. Lol
It would be interesting if the 26 million+ who were led on & applied for (partial) student loan forgiveness were to find an independent presidential candidate to get behind and push on the rolls...or sit out this next election altogether.

Hello! What was your income in those couple years? Paying 80k off in a couple years is great, but does not seem feasible for most people as the yearly salary isn’t enough to be able to pay off 80k in 2 years (a couple years).
