hi! i wouldn't really comsider myself as consistent however I do that action>results, as long as you do the action, you can take it as a win:)) if its hard to start, you can just do the work for 5 mins first, and then see if you wanna continue it or not. having goals is also really important too! "the time spent procrastinating was the life I could have lived" but please also remember to take breaks! don't be too hard on yourself, all the best! hope this helped :3
