I used to love my mum so much when I was 10 years old before my mum dies from cervical cancer that she keeps battling them for months. This one hit home for me. The story that Tommy told about his mom is what got to me the most. My mom has always been the cook of the family & at parties everyone always raves about her cooking. My mom is currently battling Stage 3 Squamous Cell Lung Cancer & my biggest fear is that I'm going to lose her. I already lost my dad six years ago & my mom is all I have left. So in a way I can relate to Tommy.

The amount of humiliation that he went trough is terrifying. The story has a happy ending, but I feel sad that this is actual reality. Its shown at the end, when the girls were mean to him, he wanted to stay away and went across the room, but the boys started torturing him again. Imagine the stress. He didnt get the slightest break between the two situations. That scene hit me hard, cause some days, problems tend to come one right after another, and you try to tell yourself okay, move on, its gonna be okay, but just as you think you ll manage, another thing pops up and it just crashes you again.

I remember seeing everywhere, that not just big people get body shamed. It can happen to skinny people too. Saying that they aren't skinny enough, which will cause them to have an eating disorder. Eating disorders don't ask about your body size though. Eating disorders can happen to fat people as well while trying to lose weight.

My teacher fat shames me and height shames me

"You're gonna run until the sun goes down" Not gonna lie it sounded really smooth to me.

I've cried 4 times in a row. I'm too emotional

I don't like bullies. And I'm glad the coach stood up for Tommy when the body hit him in the face with pie. Everyone doesn't deserve bad luck because of their size or their color because everyone is special in their unique way.

I love how when alice the baking teacher gave the reward, she put it forward to make it look like she was giving to the girls. But the yeet it went the other way to Tommy 😂😩✋🏽 15:06

I love the baking teacher’s personality, very bubbly xD very caring too

I was never overweight or body shamed, but this hit home when he talked about his mom bc mine used to bake a lot and make the best pumpkin pies, they were my favorite, but when I was 6 she got sick and passed away, now all I have his her recipe book but it will never be the same 🥺
