Stuck in the car park at the shopping Centre. Who’s idea was it to buy a manual car???? Left foot is in complete spasms. First time I’ve ever caught it on camera. You can see the muscle on top of my foot enlarged. The pain it similar to a cramp but 💯 times worse. Can’t bend my big toes. Just have to wait it out. MS can just fuck right off!
