రాజ శేఖర్ గారి కథకు ఎంతో మందిలో స్ఫూర్తి నింపగలిగే బలమైన శక్తి ఉంది, ముఖ్యంగా విద్యార్థులలో. చిన్న వయస్సులో అనారోగ్యం వల్ల తన చూపు కోల్పోయారు. కాని ఆ విషయం తాను CA కావాలన్న ఆశయాన్ని ఆపలేకపోయింది. ఒక సాధరణ విద్యార్థి CA కావడానికి ఎంతో కష్టపడవలసి ఉంటుంది, తాను ఆ కష్టంతో పాటు చూపులేకపోవడం వల్ల ఎదురయ్యే ఇబ్బందులను కూడా అధిగమించి CA కోర్సు పూర్తి చేశారు. తాను సవాళ్ళను అడ్డంకిలా కాకుండా తనని బలపరిచే సాధనంలా భావించి విజయాన్ని సాధించారు .ఇవాళ తాను ఒక Chartered Accountant అని గర్వంగా చెప్పుకుంటున్నారు.
Rajashekar Reddy’s struggle story has the power to motivate everyone who is currently facing struggles and challenges in life. He was a normal kid until he was 12 years old. At the age of 12, he was diagnosed with a brain tumor. This took a financial and emotional toll on his family. After his surgery, he lost his vision. He was joined in the Denver foundation for the blind. His disability didn't stop him from being a good student and sportsman. He has been excellent at studies. He has also played as an all-rounder in Andhra Pradesh visually impaired cricket team. After he finished his tenth class he came to know about chartered accountant job through counseling. From that day he decided to be a chartered accountant. He mentions in his Josh Talk how badly he wanted to be a chartered accountant. He told that he used to think of only thing while he ate, slept or while doing anything in his life. But he has to face many challenges even to get admission to the intermediate course. He was rejected by many junior colleges as they are not willing to take the risk. He finally got admission to a junior college. He has to face many struggles while commuting every day to college but he never give up attitude made him accept challenges in life.
It is well known that becoming a CA is one of the toughest things to do, due to its heavy syllabus and strenuous schedule. Rajashekhar Reddy had to face these challenges in a much harder way as it would be challenging for him to travel to different institutes and for internships. He also failed in one of his attempts in clearing the exam, due to which he was required to study all the subjects again and attempt them. It was the first time for him to face failure, but he told to himself always taking up new challenges makes you stronger. He made himself ready to accept challenges in life. Finally, he was able to fulfill his dream today. He is a proud CA. He tells he is CA Rajashekhar reddy He tells why you should take risks and how you should overcome fear to achieve your goals. He stresses a point that challenges make you champion. He shared his story through Josh Talks Telugu platform. His inspirational story is really motivational to all Andhra Pradesh and Telangana people.
