When you sign a contract, it’s obviously dated when will be the start date. Also, we received several emails and calls that our accommodation had been sorted before we even arrive. P.S they will mostly ask for your situation esp. when you’re travelling as duo or we always tell them ‘coz if it doesn’t meet our needs/wants then we simply don’t push thru. So yes, we have the right to complain and be disappointed. ‘Coz at the end of the day, we have a lot to options to choose from. Try to do more research so you’ll get an idea on how our job goes. Or would be best to ask and never assume, if you don’t know.😊
