after you got your wholesale business going independently then hire the VA, then the lead man , then Jr acq , then dispo after you increase after each hire and firing of yourself.

Suggest you master the positions your self first. Once you master them you’ll know what works for each position and be able build a better system of experience. You’ll know who you need to hire to do what you want them to do.

For the dispo manager, how did that one hire jump your avg profit from 20k - 50k? Was it someone you trained from the ground up, or was it a remote hire for someone who specializes in dispo with an already robust cash buyer data base established??? If the latter, how can we find those people?

So in your Step by Step wholesale action plan you were saying I need to spend $1000 on 10 leads from lead zolo to get started, I thought you said that should get one deal, but hear you are saying I have to spend $5000 to get one deal? Who that is new to this can do that? Also it would help to know how much you pay these people and where you find them with good experience. I have looked for a vid on this but do not see one.
