Great, honest interview with a gentleman. What a journey, he’s cemented his legacy already. Such a feat to come back and compete after that physical and mental trauma. Wish him a long healthy life 👍

I love that Gavin mentioned spending too long talking to the fans. I was one of the last ones to meet him at the Cardiff show. The arena staff were speeding us up and told us "photos only" no autographs. But Gavin still signed for us regardless. Top guy.

Quality podcast as always Flex. Great to see a another Brit and Celt doing well. I'll love watching Gav succeed and I think that'll be massively helped with a quality mindset coach like Vinny Shoreman and a performance Breathwork coach like Anthony Mullaly (former pro rugby player). Awesome character of the sport, but I fear the sport has moved passed people of Gav's physical composition, he's definitely still improving but Mitch Hooper is to me the Evolution of the sport, he has Brian Shaws brain and probably better, Martins Licis versatility , Oleksis' adaptability, Mateus Kiloskowski's motion power and enough deadlift grunt to make JF take notice. The guy is going to be hard to beat for anyone.
