My favorite 3 strongman winners of the past would have to be John Paul, Magnus Ver Magnuson, and Big Z. Nowadays has to be Marius, Shaw, and Hall. Best under rated pound for pound definitely has to be Olexsi Novakov. He broke several world records!

What's the motivation for? To look like I eat Twinkies 24 hours a day. No thanks. I would rather have muscle that looks good. Not like the cookie monster😂😂😂
