Liz must have ten pairs of hands to be able to stitch these videos together this quickly. Awesome work and great coverage, as always!

I'm hoping Liz gets a properly kitted out editing / streaming room in the new house. It must be a right pain on a laptop, without a dedicated space, multiple screens, etc. Plus I selfishly want her to learn all the extra production things you can do such as pulling video and pictures in. Would be fun to bring stuff up and analyse, or show things they mention from social media or elsewhere on the net, etc.

Trophies look awesome, they need that standard. SCL doing their thing. Evans is looking solid. Still needs work to be at GL level, but I like to see the African Strongmen break into the mid-upper pro scene.

@@staceygram5555 because I just do? They have talent, and are now getting more than just Iron Biby into the pro scene. I'm not "diversity for the sake of it" but if they're qualified, I like to see more of a global representation. It'd be cool to get the Middle East guys over, more Africans, etc. It's been basically "world's strongest white man" since they started it, and some countries have tons of genetic potential with nothing to spark it. Africans come out of West Africa all the time with tons of potential, especially Nigeria. Some Nigerians, like Russell Orhi, are in Powerlifting, and are elite at their weight class.

@staceygram5555 damn bro LMFAO. I'm going to just pretend you didnt say those last couple words and explain in good faith! I am well familiar with Shane Flowers, Louis Jack, and Kane Francis, so them doing well isnt a surprise to me. Paluski was also very impressive, but I commented on Evans because of his recent win in portugal - Evans has been in 7 shows this year and seems to be on a big upswing, where as the last comp Paluski was in that I know about was scl england 2022, so he doesnt seem particularly active. Further down the list, any Loz viewer is familiar with Jack, and Tyler Cotton and Ervin Toots have been around for quite a while as well
