FYI Action ability cost doesn't work for command abilities, but it does work for Enchant so its good here, but its useless on the Ninja sub...Also for Drk you want Str, Int, Hp or Agility...the dmg passives are good but you get way more out of raw stats and Souleater scales of your max Hp & Intellect...and w/ thats said Monk 600 is a must for Drk (especially Senshin Stance)...its tree gives you Hp & Str, 250% extends parry effects so you dont have to spec so heavily into combo cost reduction bc your parry mp recovery (and dmg dlt if you spec into it) will constantly be rolling bc DRK has 2 combo links in Senshin...the 400 Monk greatly increases your max hp which will greatly increase your Souleater dmg and then to top it all off Monk 600 adds non-elemental Hp based dmg to all your attacks, so it essentially doubles the effectiveness of Souleater & Holy Fang..not to mention that it ignores defense as well...but there is a bug in it where you have to have 1 piece of Odin equipped for it to work properly...Then you put 400 Knight on your gear and use the Muscle Belt accessory to boost yoyr max hp even further...Ronin 600 already gives about 50% combo cost reduction so you dont need to flood your pieces w/ as it gives huge diminishing returns past 135ish, so 2 should be fine and the rest should be Improved Effect Enchant or Dmg Dlt Souleater...This was the build I climbed the rifts w/ when it 1st dropped, I had to put it down bc it made everything too EZ...even rank 9 floor 100 boss rushes have nothing for DRK

Yes that's right I was going to do go with the monk route but since I was already hitting the max damage with the build I had setup I really didn't feel the need to do so. I got more cost reduction just cause I didn't have any good damage on katana combos or damage on souleater stats with me at the time. And yes getting raw stats is always better then getting near death and all sorts but that too once again. I was already hitting max damage with what I had so didn't feel the need to change it.

@@gmrjayz Yea i feel you, keeping it simple & easy to digest..its crazy how strong Drk is, prob my favorite job...so much optimization to take it farther in the rift..can legit laugh at R9 floor 100 bosses...imma upload the drk axe build i made for my rift its so stupid

What about Negative Status effects? Do you ever have issues with that? (Right now I'm farming Gear in Floor 21, so I have yet to get Lionheart...)

Im having trouble using my abilities without running out of MP first. and i without the mp i cant maintain my lightbringer to stay alive. am i missing something or some kind of synergy to stay alive while maintaining/recovering mp?

What's the secret to keeping MP always topped? I see that in pretty much all of your builds, I see the stats, but I'm too dense to deduce why it ends up like that and I'd like to understand it to get some builds of my own to work better. edit, just got answer to my own question, so its basically 250 evoker and 600 void knight, I'll try to work with that.

Hey. I have a question for you. Can you spam attacks like this before end game?. I mean no chaos difficulty. And just before eating the game. Let me know. Because all your builds are based in infinite mp usage and all of them are late game builds. That can be archivied after chaos + difficulty.

Nice I don't have the dlc but tyrant is my fav job so it's cool to see it's used like this cause I heard it was bad. I was using a katana on my tyrant and having fun but now I'm doing a tyrant/ronin thing and it's pretty fun. I haven't bit the bullet on the dlc yet I'm not really sure I wanna dive in to it.

Hi, do you have builds that require us to actually play the game? I mean, without being invincible & unlimited MP? I'm playing Marauder with Summoner 400% and magic regen , it does work although buff duration is too short + I have to time my soul shield and stack soul shield MP recovery stats

I don't really get why your mp is recovering more than it consumes despite mashing R2, none of the pieces in the video for me added such effect at least not that I noticed, what is responsible for it? What did I miss here?

I feel like this game looks so cool to look at. Wonder if it makes sense for me to try playing now?

Something that’s always confused me. Strength or Intelligence for DK if you had to pick just one for master points or equipment effects. Strength, Intellect, Near Death Damage Dealt? Or Strength, Near Death Damage Dealt, and something else? Assuming you don’t care about damage taken/other defensive stats and are just trying to pile on the damage to kill stuff fast.

Once you can reach the rift labyrinth (need to get through DLC 1) you can access the complete Smith load out which includes gear fusion to custom tailor everything about your gear. Until then it is just RNG farming drops in missions until you get something functional in the stats and affinities for a build

@@craigfunk3453 DLC1 its lvl 400 right? Because I farmed a few lvl 300 gear killing the griffing but then try to go back to each mission in lvl 300 but I do like 0 damage and i die in max 2 hits

@@ASentientToaster You can, but the weapon you fuse with has to have the affinity you want to change to on it. For example lets say sword A has whatever affinity you don't want, and you want it to have the Paladin affinity. You find Sword B which does have Paladin affinity on it. You would choose Sword A to be your base item, and Sword B to fuse with it. Once you do that you can go down the whole list of attributes and you can change any or all of Sword A's attributes to whatever Sword B has, including the Paladin affinity.

@@meccasingletary4707 Mp refills because the effects of soul shield are activated. Getting soul shield mp recovery is what fills it up. Lionheart is obtained from beating the rifts that Gilgamesh offers

This game is awesome but it's kind of dumb that in order to "make a build" we have to basically grind for 100 hours and just hope to the RNG gods that we get the affinities we want

Not only that you have to buy DLC to even get to do any of this and for some of us spamming abilities behind a door isn't the gameplay we wanted. I like to react to enemies and beat them with skill combined with good ability and gear combinations. Not exploit "overpowered" classes to get the best damage possible so I can two shot a boss.

In SoP it's not about set, everything is random and customizable. The rift of dlc is where you're gonna have to start taking a look at what is in the armor and what you can change

For example you can change job affinity, increase it, change special effects and increase those too and level up armor. It's about getting a somewhat good gear and weapon and changing bit by bit until you have everything you need.

This looks great, but I can't even beat gilgamesh on level 12 to get to 600% affinity. This game seriously irritates me
