My tier list (opinion not fact so don't very mad at me) S+: Gojo as he can't be death countered and one hits all opponents. S: Sonic as it has the most diverse arsenal in the game with a mix on melee, ranged melee, and ranged moves. Still can be countered though. Has fastest Ultimate and has a wide range of combos. A: Hero Hunter as it has the most powerful melee and a counter that can deflect projectiles. Not every move can be used in a combo like Prey's Peril. While he does have an OP ultimate its all melee based and might actually be worse than base move set as he can easily be wrecked if caught off guard with Ultimate and do nothing about it. B: Brutal Demon as he has decent melee that can use all moves in a quick combo, but doesn't add up to a lot of damage. Ultimate saves Brutal demon from being taken over by Atomic samurai as he has a one hit counter and a AOE that does about 50% damage if counter doesn't hit. Has one of the few move sets that does a great combo in Ultimate mode. C: Atomic samurai as he does have great combo potential and a counter but combos do light damage and can easily evaded or countered as moves take longer to charge up than other characters. Ultimate is ok but again take a while to charge up and all of them except for Sunblitz have no Invincibility frames ( AKA I-frames) D: Genos as he has terrible combo potential unless you either press buttons at the speed of light or your opponent has no reaction speed and doesn't dodge. Ultimate is decent, one of the best actually, but if you pay attention and look out for Flamewave cannon and Incinerate you can dodge it. So while Genos Ultimate is good its main move set drags it down a lot. F: Saitama. Now I know what you're thinking: How is Saitama the least strongest? He has a one hit Ultimate. Well that's exactly the point because its melee can easily be dodged or countered with very restricted combinations of the move set as all players use the same melee strat. The only reason people often use him is either because they just began playing or just take advantage of the high ranged one hit ultimate which gets them a lot of kills. Not only that but the ultimates can be dodged easily with good reaction speed and worst of all is that he's the only character that only use one move and then the ultimate is gone. ???: Tatsumaki as she is still in development at the time I'm typing this and has no ultimate so her ranking is being questioned but for right now she seems like a B or A their as she can fly, pull and repel enemies, trap them, and make decent combos with her currently limited move set.
