My niece was one of these amazing young people 13 years ago. Told after her bone marrow transplant that she'd never bare children of her own. I'm soooo proud to report that she's a thriving 26 yr old mother of 2 yr old twin boys!!!! Never count yourself kicked guys!!! Hang in tough!! The fight is worth it.... YOU'RE WORTH IT!!!

Seattle Children's saved my little guy 14.5 years ago. Thank you, every moment of every day. I am so grateful for every second!

My 11 year old daughter lost her 2 year battle with brain cancer in 2014 but she was a perfect example of strength. Praise the Lord for her life. Strength to all those still in the battle and blessings.

There is one person I know in that video that was part of my team at Children's Hospital when I had childhood cancer. She is an amazing woman. The doctors gave me 10% chance and here I am today. May God bless you and I pray you guys are stronger - like me.

Those of us who are fighting cancer (3-year sarcoma survivor; 4-month breast cancer survivor) support all those who are battling as well as remembering those who have lost their battle. Think about participating in a Relay for Life near you or donating on behalf of someone you know. I did three Relays last year and will do two this year. It makes me feel much better to give back. ;-)

I got diagnosed with cancer at 2. At 13 my life changed. I got help from Seattle Children's Hospital, and defeated cancer. I am a fighter. It makes me cry when I see other children fight cancer and win. Not only because they are alive and well and get to live their life as they like, but because I know what they went threw. My mom died of cancer a couple of years ago and I remember being a young kid walking into the cancer patient ward seeing children and adults being treated with chemo, I still remember all those faces and my life was never the same again. This video is great and I feel stronger!

This video makes me cry but it also makes me so happy to see these sick kids in the best care they could be in. I want to be a pediatric nurse at Seattle Children's because I love working with kids and making a positive difference in a child's life. This video is so sweet and I know that Children's is a fabulous place for pediatric care

As a retired Pediatric Nurse, Nicu/Picu, I see these kids working SO HARD and the medical team on this video is doing what Pedi nurses do: trying to make an incomprehensible time in a child's life FUN!!! As seen in this video, it CAN be done! Kudos to all who worked hard for this video, it is still helping people be STRONGER!!

You have my every ounce of respect, encouragement, and support, Alana. Nearly eighteen years ago I had a brain tumor, and was not entirely sure I would make it. Nowadays, though, I believe I am stronger for having faced it, and most recently completed a challenge (walking/running/jogging 100 miles in one month) in support of amazingly strong people such as yourself.

I have watched this several times and each time I'm just as amazed at how strong these kids really are. What an inspiration they are.

It makes me so happy to think that these children have been dealt such a hard hand in life, yet they're still so positive. Love everything about this video!

Three years post diagnosis,and this never fails to cheer me. Those beautiful kids, parents and medical staff. You rocked it. When I was by myself in chemo suite, I'd watch this. 💙

We just lost our 29 yo daughter who battled AML for 9 years, her Celebration of life was yesterday. Every time I watch Christopher's very talented video there is one little girl in there that reminds me of my daughter. She was never at Children's she was at U.W. Eric Hoffman Eric Hoffman I understand the chronic stuff. I fight everyday with Chronically Severe asthma and have (if I'm lucky) one asthma attack everyday. The worst is when I have 5 or 6 little asthma attacks just during school. I also have chronic kidney disease but that isn't that bad. This video helps give me hope and I think its beautiful!! Thank u guys.

i use to watch and dance around the house last year in may when i first saw. my husband had finshed his chemos and radiation and june 5 said he was cancer free. i was so happy dancing around. well my sweet gary died 8-21-12 as the cancer came back within weeks with a vengence. i watched this today and i just cry now. i loved this video. CANCER took this video from me to. it takes everything.....

I work for a major hospital in Melbourne Australia and these guys have done a great job, i made me cry with joy. I know how hard the guys all work in a hospital and it doesn't matter what job it is , it is needed. I nearly died when i was in Resus a few months ago and now i know if it wasn't for them and the paramedics i would not be telling you this. Support the guys that do a great job and for sure it is not an easy job. I work there myself and see it all.

Thank you Christopher R for this video, if my cancer or my moms cancer ever returns I am going to think about this video. I have a friend that is battling it now and I have shared this video to hopefully boost her confidence that she is not alone in this battle. Thank you so much, I am in tears.

My boyfriend has cancer, and he was so sad, so depressed, and this video gave him hope to continue to fight. At the weekends I go to the hospital to be with him, and I see how it's hard... So people who is sad and depressed... Don't give up! You are stronger than cancer, you just have to believe.

Indeed. I keep getting misty-eyed whenever I watch this as well, and these children (as well as those who take care of them) are true examples of strength. Speaking of which, some people might claim that I am strong for having gone through cancer myself, yet while I have no problem being stuck with a needle or IV, I've wept during just about every Disney movie.

My mother in law had cancer over 20 years ago, shes still there at it did make her stronger, see started seeing life in a different way and having other priorities in life. Making her a much better person really.

I look at your pic and see a beautiful girl. I'd never think that you were dealing with so much. Your comment is a reminder that we never know what people are grappling with--suffering isn't always visible. You're brave to speak out and that shows great inner strength. Never lose hope.

My niece was in the hospital (she is great now) and because of her this has inspired me to create the "New Day, New Smile. Children’s Bedside Circus” tee from New Day, New Smile. She loved the tee and now other children can love the tee as well!!
